Administrator
Due to the significant growth in the schools student body and in the number of quality services provided to them in recent years, Braeburn School Arusha has embarked on a restructuring of its administration and support staff. This will ensure the school continues to be a class leader and provides excellent standards in all aspects.
A key element to our success in this will be the role of administrator. We are looking for an experienced and well qualified person to join our dedicated team to manage the maintenance of buildings, facilities and grounds; ensure the schools site operations are running smoothly; to safeguard and optimise the utilisation of the schools financial resources and to ensure human resource functions are in line with policy, legally compliant and operating effectively.
The ideal person will embody the following attributes:
· Good inter-personal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good organisational skills
· Good IT capabilities
· Ability to work under minimum supervision
· Ability to work extended hours
The person will also ideally have the following qualifications:
· Bachelors or higher degree in business, commerce or related fields
· Hold a full CPA, or similar qualification
· Have a minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience of which at least four should be at a management level
