The Peaceful Transition of Power in Africa is not an impossible mission. It's only possible if Africans; both leaders and citizens decide to abide by the following norms:
(1) To stop being selfish unnecessarily. Most African leaders are rich and they unfairly want to more than that while others are suffering.
(2) To stop nepotism. Most African leaders come from different tribes. But they become worst when they entertain tribalism which is a source of many civil wars and power struggles.
(3) To combat corruption. As we all know, corruption has deep roots in Africa and there is constant underdevelopment in African countries because of this 'African cancer'.
(4) To minimize the influence of extended family in leadership. This is what brings up tribalism and nepotism, and
(5) To make sure rich African resources help indigenous Africans enjoy their riches and help them lead good living standard.
When these are implemented, Africa can surely top the world in terms of economic growth and others areas.
