Mr.Njunwa: The SIM card is not built in the devices, it comes separate. We do not have voucher facilities. You can buy airtime through Tigopesa, eazypesa and Mpesa. Once you buy the airtime your account (Mysmile online account) will be topped up and thereafter you will be able to buy bundles you want.
 
Another easy option is to contact The smile company agent who did your registration.
 
This Smile Communication is the talk of the town for the Moment but their Bundles are tooooo Xpensive. Let me wait for Voda and Tigo 4G LTE network to Expand. Ningekuwa na Uwezo wa kutumia hiyo 10GB kwa Miezi Mitatu at least I could Opt for Smile Comm. Rekebisheni kwanza Bei ya Bundle. au Mnajairibu kurikava cost zenu za Mwanzo?

Smart: 4GLTE is still very new and still needs a lot of resources to keep it running. Many countries around the world are yet to experience the technology. We are now having the opportunity to lead the rest in technology and that does not come easy we have to accept the reality.

My next question is ..Is it necessary to buy the router?If so what is the significance of it?
Further more to which company are your modems made?Huawei or ZTE?

The router is used for multiple users(Maximum of 10) It is thus not necessary to buy it if it is for individual usage. Modem will be enough for you. The make of our modems is Huawei.
