Munyaga , I believe Ras Kush and cygnusascension have satisfactorily responded on this.

They're actually on the South beam as per Flysat. Check out the transponder values in both images.

A 130cm offset north of Kampala. Getting Rascom with 5°E on the same LNB. A 90cm should suffice anywhere in East Africa as per the attached footprint image. Our friend drandonzero got it with a 60cm.
