Viongozi wanaotumia ukoloni kama kisingizio cha umaskini wetu ni wa kuwaogopa kama ukoma. Wengi wao hutumia excuse hiyo kutowajibika kwa wananchi, huku wakijilimbikizia mali ya umma, na hali ikiwa mbaya, hukimbilia huko huko kwa hao wakoloni ambako wameshajinunulia majumba ya kifahari, na kujiwekea akiba za mamilioni ya dollar. Zitto has to be very careful na kauli yake hii, kwani ni rahisi sana kuzidi kubomoa kuliko kujenga.

Lakini viongozi kwa kuchukulia suala la reparation katika kupata msaada na misamaha ya madeni, mwisho wa siku mambo yanakua hivi:
