Wafanyabiashara hao pia wamefanya mazungumzo na maafisa wengine wa serikali katika wizara husika wakati huo huo Rais Kikwete leo amewaapisha Majaji wawili wa Mahakama ya Rufani na Kamishna wa Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama.

Katika mazungumzo yao, Rais Kikwete na Balozi Kupela wameelezea uhusiano maalum uliopo baina ya Tanzania na Msumbiji kuwa ni wa kihistoria na ambao umezifanya nchi mbili hizi kuwa ndugu.
Tanzania na Msumbiji zimekuwa mstari wa mbele katika mapambano ya Uhuru na Ukombozi wa nchi zilizo Kusini mwa Afrika kupitia vyama vya Frente De Libertacao de Mocambique (FRELIMO) na Tanganyika African National Union (TANU).
Rais Kikwete na Balozi Kupela pia wamefahamiana miaka mingi ambapo kwa pamoja walikuwemo kwenye jumuiya za vijana za vyama vyao (Youth League) TANU kwa Tanzania na FRELIMO kwa Msumbiji.
Katika kipindi hicho shughuli za ukombozi zilipewa umuhimu mkubwa kwamba ukipigania Msumbiji ni sawa na kuipigania Tanzania.
Tanzania, Chini ya Hayati Baba wa Taifa Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, ilitoa mchango mkubwa katika kukijenga chama cha FRELIMOhadi kuwa Chama imara cha Ukombozi nchini Msumbiji na Kusini mwa Afrika kwa ujumla.
