    Kwa mujibu wa report ya mkaguzi mkuu wa serikali,NSSF inaweza kupoteza zaidi ya Tshs 50 bilioni katika baadhh ya miradi inayotaka kuwekeza ambayo inaonekana ni hatarishi(Risky Investments). Miradi hiyo ni pamoja na Kiwira Coal and Power limitd. Tukumbuke pesa hizi zinatokana na makato ya wafanyakazi kwa minajili ya kuwasaidia wakati wa kustaafu.Source: The Citizen Friday ,15 April 2011- Editorial and Opinion.

    Haya mashirika ya pensheni NSSF, PPF n.k yapo kwa ajiri ya kusaidia wafanya kazi wanaochanga hela zao ili baadae ziwasaidie lakini kilichopo haya mashirika yanakopesha hela watu ambao hata siyo members wake, yanatoa hela kusaidia vyama vya siasa kisiri (ccm), yanatoa hela kwa serikali, yaweka vipau mbele kwenye miradi mbali mbali ambayo viongozi wake wanapata kemisheni ya 10%.
    Lakini inasikitisha sana kuona mtu kulipwa haki yake akistaafu anasumbuliwa sana na bado inachukua muda, mtu akistafu kabla ya muda wake kama miaka 55 anambiwa inabidi asubiri miaka ya kustaafu 60 kupata pensheni,
    halafu unakuta mtu kachangui miaka labda 25, lakini anapokuja kulipwa hela apewi hata interest wakati hizo hela zimezalisha mamilioni through investments.
    Nafikkiri kuna haja kubwa sana ya kurekebisha haya mashirika yawe ya wale wanaochangia na siyo vinginevyo kama ilivyo sasa amabapo liukweli mfanyakazi ni kama ananyonywa tu

    Mkuu mimi nikidhani una upeo wa kuona the fallacy in the Ammendment ya sheria yenyewe na isivyo watendea haki wafanya kazi.

    Hata utoe elimu namna gani, the Ammendment does not make sense!

    Unategemeaje nini ksma yafuatayo ni dhahiri:
    -wafanyakazi wote walipwe after retirement at 55(orabove), wakati hata life expectancy haifiki huko

    -it is NOT in thr best interest ya mfanyakazi, kwa vile kuweka hela NSSF ni sawa na kuweka uchagoni kwa
    haina interest na inaliwa na inflation

    -ni narrow minded ness kutegemea kuwa watu wote(wafanyakazi) lengo lao ni kuishi(after55) kwa kula tu
    hiyo hela na si kuinvest katika miradi midogo midogo wanayoiweza, na wanaweza kufanya hivyo wakati wana
    nguvu tu na wakiwa na umri mdogo na wanapoihitaji hela hiyo.

    Tukubali kuwa SSRA inajaribu kutatua mgogoro unaoikumba NSSF na mashirika mengine ya aina hiyo kwa an unexpected(?) low return on investment.

    Nawekea question mark hiyo unexpected low return on investment kwa vile mwendesha mashirika hayo-Serikali-imewekeza katika miradi isiyorudisha mtaji leo wala kesho.
    Sehemu nyingine uwekezaji huo ni wa kisisa zaidi kuliko matakwa ya kibiashara. Hapa tuifikirie Machinga Complex, sijui kama mradi huo haukufanyiwa feasibility study, au NSSF haina wachumi?

    Miradi mingine kama Dodoma University, ni mizuri lakini you can hardly expect a return on investment inones life time.
    All this investment, risk anabeba mfanyakazi, its unfair and unproffessional.

    Katika hili elimu inakosekana upande wa Serikali zaidi kuliko upande wowote.

    Badili kwanza takwimu yako kama nilivyokurekebisha huko juu, unaonesha una data za mwaka 2008, maana hata 2010 life expectancy ilikuwa ni miaka 57.4.

    Hiyo ndio ilikuwa hoja yako ya mwanzo. Rekebisha hiyo au kubali kuwa ulileta hoja isiyo ya kweli ili tuendelee. Kwanini niendelee kukujibu hoja secondary wakati primary umezuwa? FIKIRI.

    Inaeleka wala hujui unachokiongelea in its totality na ni kama mfa maji anayedandia unyasi!

    Hoja yangu bado inasimama kuwa mfanyakazi anaihitaji hiyo fedha siyo akistaafu, bali wakati anihitaji.

    Mkuu linapokuja suala la takwimu, magazeti mengi ya Tz sio credible source. Bila shaka serikali ina kitengo cha takwimu ambacho ningetegemea kiwe ndo kigezo.Ukumbuke miaka ya katikati mwa 2000 tuliambiwa kutokana na UKIMWI life expectancy was drastically reduced to 42yrs! Sijui hapo napo ikiwekwa gazetini kukanukuu tutaamini lipi? Kimsingi hoja kubwa sio life expectancy hoja kuu ni logic ya kusema wafanyakazi wote wasichukue mafao yao hadi wafikie umri huo, bila kufahamu kuwa tunawafanyakazi wa mkataba miaka miwili au mitatu na mkataba ukiishi unaweza kukaa miaka sita kabla hujapata kazi kwingine. Wewe utakuwa unakula wapi? Basi sheria hiyo iweke provision ya mikopo (make kina Manji wamekopa ambao sio wachangiaji wala wamiliki wa mifuko hiyo...why wafanyakazi wasikopeshwe). Na mifuko imhakikishie mchangiaji kula, kulala kusomesha watoto na huduma nyingine mujimu kipindi chote ambacho hana kazi. Suala jingine kuhusu wafanyakazi mgodini....nadhani hukufahamu! Wanalipa! Kimsingi sheria inakutaka hata msaidizi wa kazi nyumbani (house boy/girl) walipiwe kodi na hata mfanyakazi wa shamba alipiwe kodi!
