Next interview usiogope tena kutaja package yako, sawa fundi wangu?. Kama ukikutana tena na hilo swali, we funguka tu, wala usiogope.....tena taja package kubwa. Maana sisi ma-hr sometimes, huwa tunapima value ya MTU kwenye swali hilo. Mimi unaponijibu "nilipwe chochote" normally nakupiga X hapo hapo....maana naamini utoweza kufanya kazi yangu vile inavyotakiwa(kuna reasons za kitaaluma hapa, nah blah blah).

Huyo mtu hatufai labda aende huko Serikalini
We mzima sasa hapo akae kimya?? Maana vyote hivyo vina utofauti au umekurupuka kuandika..

Hapa inabidi useme udhaifu wako ulionao ila uoneshe namna ambavyo unakabiliana nao kiasi kwamba hauathiri utendaji kazi wako

Mfano kwenye kazi unayomba labda kuna siku unaweza takiwa uongee na hadhira kubwa, unaweza sema weakness yako kama hivi
