Ensures that proper conduct and ethics of hall residence are maintained by occupants ix. Ensures cleanliness of halls of residence, rooms and grounds x. Performs any other duties as may be assigned by one’s reporting officer Minimum Job Requirements Qualification Diploma in Education, Social welfare or its equivalent with at least an upper second class from a recognized institution. Purpose of the Job To attend to internal and external incoming and outgoing calls, and attend visitors including directing them to respective offices.Major Activities of the Job (i) Manage help desk (ii) To attend to incomimg and out going telephone calls. (iii) To register all calls,assist visitors and take messages where necessary (iv) Ensure that the reception\swithboard is clean and tidy all times. (v) To register and provide weekly reports for all outgoing calls (vi) Forward messages to appropriate offices. (vii) Report any bad event occuring in her\his place of work. (viii) Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Minimum Job Requirements Qualification Certificate in Front Office Management or Telephone operator studies or its equivalent from a recognised institution obtained after the year 2010. Experience (i) At least one year work experience in a similar position. (ii) Experience in customer care, telephone handling skills will be an added advantage.
