naomba kuuliza mama mjazito amepanda ndege ya klm kuelekea amsterdam mtoto akazaliwa angani
huyo mtoto anakuwa na uraia wa aina gani jamani???

Jibu ni rahisi sana, jiulize ndege alimozaliwa mtoto inatua nchi gani ? (first stop). Nchi ambayo ndege iliyobeba mtoto itatua, ndio nchi ambayo kimsingi mtoto atapatiwa huduma za uzazi za kwanza toka kuzaliwa. Hivyo basi hapo ndipo uraia wake utakapopatikana kwa kuzaliwa.

kama ni kweli ubataka kujua basi ni kwamba hakuna airline inayoruhusu mama mwenye mimba zaidi ya miazi 6 kusafiri kwa ndege zao.... Kwa hiyo kama ulikuwa unamaanisha kujua then swali lako hilo ndo jibu na halina validity kwa kuwa kitu hicho hakipo ....

ni kweli kabisa na niko kwa aviation lakini nikupe tu muhtasari wengi wanadanganya yale makaratasi ni feki feki feki na ndio maana wakati mwingine inabaki ukomae kumktalia mtu kwa jinsi inavyoonekana hata kama imeandikwa hivyo..mwaka juzi nilitoka south afrika kama nilivyoleza mama mmoja alizaa tukiwa kwenye ndege mpwa na tukashuka mozambique kama unanduguyako pande ile waliweka mpaka kwenye magazeti na yule mtoto was big n beauty kama lulu wa kanumba...sasa kwa msemo wako alizaliwa kabla ya muda ??
 
sijui kwa Netherland but ninachojua kama ndege imeondoka hapo amsterdam inaelekea us na mama yumo ndani basi kwa sheria za us huyo mtoto ni mmarekani mweusi kama mama na baba yake ni weusi kama weupe ni mmarekani mweupe!

There are still very few Member States that are party to the 1961 Convention. Furthermore, conflicts of laws still exist, in particular between the laws of North and South American states, which typically adhere to the jus soli principle, and the laws of European states, which usually adhere to the jus sanguinis principle.[SUP][3][/SUP]

According Tanzania Citizenship Act No6 ya mwaka 1995 inasema

3(2) For the purpose of this Act, a person born aboard a registered
ship or aircraft, or aboard an unregistered ship or aircraft of the Government
of any country, shall be deemed to have been born in the place
in which the ship or aircraft was registered or, as the case may be, in
the country whose Government owns that aircraft or ship.

Angani kuna mipaka pia!...

PJ, mdau kauliza maswali ya Lusinde, yaonekana mdau aliguswa sana na upuuzi wa Lusinde.
Kama ulivyosema, angani mipaka ipo. Kuna anga la Tz, anga la Kenya nk.
Pia, kwa kawaida Mashirika ya ndege hayaruhusu mjamzito (mwenye mimba ya miezi kadhaa) anayetazamia kujifungua kusafiri kwa ndege.

Sijajua sana utaratibu, but kwa experience ya siku za hivi karibuni, baadhi ya ndege hazikubali kumbeba mama mjamzito ambaye amebakiza siku chache kujifungua.
