Treni kwa Jiji la Dar es Salaam ni hasara Dar es Salaam hakuna watu wa hivyo wakazi wa Jiji la Dar es Salaam hawazidi hata milioni 5 kuna miji ina watu mpaka milioni 7 mpaka 10 lakini hakuna Treni, tatizo la Dar es Salaam ni barabara kubwa zimeingiliana barabara ya Kawawa, Barabara ya Morogoro, Barabara ya Mandela, Barabara ya Nyerere, kunatakiwa kujengwa Fly-over crossing kwenye mataa..
Na huu mradi wa mabasi nao wakiumaliza nadhani tatizo la foleni Jiji la Dar es Salaam itakuwa historia, Treni ni mradi mkubwa kwa nchi yetu bado wakazi sio wengi, Dar es Salaam ikifika saa 4 usiku magari na watu hakuna barabarani.
Kama kuna Fly-over crossing mtu unatoka Kariakoo mpaka Ubungo bila kusimama au unatoka Airport mpaka Kariakoo bila kusimama.

Sawasawa Monorail ni suluhisho zuri zaidi, na hasa kama litakuwa na gharama nafuu kwa mwananchi wa kawaida kabisa. Aidha Monorail mara nyingi imekuwa ikutumiwa na watu wengi wa daraja la kati kuliko wale wa la chini, ambao kwa hapa kwetu ndio wengi.Mimi najua nini kinapaswa kufanyika kumaliza kabisa hili tatizo. ...thats not an absurd idea...........niliwahi kusema huko nyuma kuwa kuna kitu chaitwa EEE....i.e. Engineering, Education and Enforcement.........kilichokosekana kwetu kuhusu hiyo idea ni hizo mbili "Education & Enforcement".........kinachotakiwa baada ya hapo wahandisi wanatakiwa wa-evaluate the performance ya idea waliyoitoa kama ina-work or not........if it doesn't........ there are plenty other options to play with
Mkuu unachoongea sio siri, the whole thing is a failure. Labda tunaweza kunufaika kidogo na barabara, lakini the whole BRT thing kwa Tanzania it is never gonna work, hakuna mtu anayeweza kusimamia na hakuna mtu anayeweza kuendesha, usafiri wa umma Tanzania unatakiwa uendeshwe kwa mtyino wa daladala za sasa kwe na give and take inayofanya mteja na mtoa huduma wategemeane.Alichosema Mwafrika wa Kike NI KWELI! Hata ukiangalia suala la BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), mradi unaojengwa sasa hivi, unajengwa kwa kuwa kuna "commission" za wakubwa. Siku hizi, hakifanyiki kitu mpaka "tumbo langu lishibe", kwa mujibu wa wadau wenzetu kwenye wizara husika na taasisi za serikali. BRT will be a failure, mark my words! You just cant "import" an infrastructure methodology from a foreign country and expect it to "adapt" to our way of life! IMPOSSIBLE!

Nilishawahi kuongea kwa kina na Mhe. Mwakyembe, wakati akiwa Naibu Waziri kule Miundombinu. Sasa yuko Uchukuzi. Aliunga mkono hoja yangu. Tatizo, BRT imefika point of no return. They all know this will be just another white elephant, lakini kwa kuwa kuna ulaji, there's little that can be done. Money has changed hands, contracts have been signed (legal and binding). We will cry dry tears, later, when the BRT ITSELF will be a source of congestion!
Duuuhh.......Mkuu Bongolander heshima mbele........hebu tuone huo mradi wa BRT.........pengine watajitokeza walio na uchungu wa kudumisha/kusimamia vizuri huu mradi.........mradi huu unahitaji watu SERIOUS kusimamia.....wakileta michezo ya "mpatie shemeji/nepotism"......tumeumia.......
BTW; Ninavutiwa na utendaji wa Dr. Mwakyembe, Balozi Kagasheki, Prof Sospeter, na Dr. Huvisa......angalau naweza sema JK hapo ana mawaziri watendaji na sio blah blah blah..........
