I came across these documents which to some of you might cause you get angrier (i hope not at me). Our sources have become of late somewhat extraordinarily active. I would argue that these are of vital importance in the ongoing saga involving Tanesco's payment to Dowans Holding SA.
Well, while our eyes and ears were focused in what was going on in ICC arbitration, something else was going in US courts involving Dowans SA and RDEVCO. Well, you have to read the following to know what they didn't want you to know. (they who? dunno!)
But, please read the ruling of the ICC and write down (if you can't memorize) who owns Dowans Tanzania Limited according to those documents (Pg 126 I think). Then, read these documents and ask yourself this question is the Dowans Tanzania Limited a "whole owned subsidiary" of Dowans S.A according the US documents or a company which has minority shareholders according to ICC documents?
In the ICC documents Portek Systems and Equipment is mentioned to owns 40 percent of shares in Dowans Tanzania Limited. In other words Portek International of Indonesia must be aware of its subsidiary's holding in DTL. Please check out the company structure as it stands by the end of 2010.
I might be wrong..for I have within my hands the articles of association of DTL... and u guessed it.
