The DOWANS case can be summarized as follows;Well said.
The question is not discussing Dowans for five years rather what leaders have done to bring the issue to rest.
Leaders are dithering to make difficult decision for the benefit of the nation. Why!
The executive branch of the state and parliament are under siege because at certain point they were the participants of the corruption or at the receiving end. As results of this intrusion in the states organs, the society fabric holding us as a nation is in jeopardy. For instance, if custodians of laws are rallying behind these evils, then who can defend us! No leader who can stand for our right, no leader who can talk on our behalf.
The main strategy of these libertine people is to dissect the nation so that they can pave a way for massive looting. They are using our own tax to plot assassination and instigate fights on streets as it is unfolding now. If we will not stand firm for the rule of the law and honor our principles and values, our future is obscured.
An IPP inherited a fraudulent contrract from a briefcase company....richmond was not able to deliver,we took them to court,we won. Then fraudulently DOWANS got the contract but they delivered the goods at a decent price too!,somehow politics got in to it and stopped them, refusing to pay for the goods! they went to court and they won!......We still need electricity,so we said lets buy your generators, and we will settle the payment in the high court, they said cool!
Now what th f is wrong with that?We need those generators,we will be using them every year during the dry season or whenever needed.By just staying idle,we pay 1800$ a day!
Somebody please come with a different story(a layman version, of course),so i can understand the crap i am seeing!..Stop politiking for min, theres a lot of smart tanzanians that dont want that sh*t y'all trying to sell!
STOP IT, ENOUGH ALREADY!!
