Accounting Software needed!!

Wana jamii naomba kuwakilisha hoja kama ifuatavyo:

Tafadhali mwenye uzoefu wa accounting software ambayo ninaweza kuipata kwa free au kuilipia pesa kidogo naomba anipe information.

Well i am planning to start a job in a religious community and they have many project coming up and i am the one who will start up to make proper records and they didn't have professional Accountant.

Nilipitia kwenye mtandao nikawa very interested na Microsoft Accounting but i just found it today that they no longer distribute the Software.

Please any one who is familiar with these things help me out so that i got the package that's is easy to use and to be able to understand it in a very short time.

Nashkuru mkuu kwa quick reply. Labda ningefahamu accounting software ambazo unazo na kitu ambacho nimesahau kumention kuwa nataka software ambayo ita records all transaction in Tanzanian Shillings.

Mkuu nashkuru sana kwa moyo huo. Naomba nipate ushauri kutoka kwako kuhusu MyOB nimejaribu kuicheki nimeona ni nzuri ispokuwa nataka ushauri kwa waliotumia. Vilivile zingatia kuwa nataka transaction zote ziwe katika currency ya TZS na siyo dollars.

Ok nafikili Tally ni poa zaidi pia; Nadhani MyOB setting ipo ya Transaction kuwa Tzs ila setting hizo ni rahisi zaidi kwenye Tally ukiseti inakuwepo moja kwa moja.

1. size of your business and possibly an estimated volume of transaction you would have in a year
2. how many currencies will it support ( one or more than one? umesema iwe inatunza kwa Tshs ina maana hakuna foreign entry hata moja utafanya?)
3. Is it a standalone? or you opt to be used by many people concurently in the future?
4. What modules are taken care of ( AR, AP, Cash Management/Banking, Fixed Assets registrar, Inventory and so on?)
5. Kind of reports, will you demand ad-hoc reports in the future?

Note:

You need to have accounting principles before you can be able to use an accounting software. kumbuka you will be required to produce standards reports and respond to queries from other stake holders like governement, shareholders, users and TRA

Mkuu nashkuru sana kwa info ila to be honest project ambazo ni kubwa ni Secondary school ambayo inaanza constraction by January 2010 na kuna project ya matofali ambayo ina run and other small projects.

To be honest my real demand for now itakuwa ngumu kusema till i face the real Environment ya kazi yenyewe and that's why nataka basic accounting software for starting then i will be able to know what is exactly needed!!
