One thing for surety is East Africa leadership continues to embarrass at the Global stage and the only thing this shallow minded leadership has managed to master is back jittery, stabbing and isolating each other via things like COW that its main agenda is undermine Tanzania. This event will remain to be seen as a catalyst test whether he will continue to dodge his own shadow cum personal conflict on even important global timeline events with silly excuses that he is engaged on local issues.
