[TD]- Manage VAS Department to achieve goals and objectives and to comply all Viettel Tanzanias regulations and discipline;
- Market research: Macro environment (Economic, cultural, social, legal) and micro environment (Products/services of competitors).
- Prepare the business strategy and plan of VAS, Content and Mobile Money services.
- Research and develope new VAS services and promote new VAS services to customers.
- Co-operate with SPs (Service Provider) to issue new VAS services.
- Manage business implementation of VAS, Content and Mobile Money services including but not limited to:
+ Packing of services;
+ Pricing proposal;
+ Advertisement and communication proposal;
+ Sale activities;
+ Customer Care activities;
+ Guidelines of services;
+ Training of services;
+ Service operation.
- Organize team to produce contents. Eg: Basic contents include Text, News; Entertainment content include Music, Video, Games, Radio); Social content (Education, health health, agriculture);
- Co-operate with CPs (Content Provider) to purchase content used for VAS services;
- Research, propose the strategy, policy, business model of e-commerce service;
- Co-operate Banks, Merchants to implement e-commerce products and functionalities;
- Report and evaluate the business result of VAS, Content and Mobile Money services;
- Organize working team and train them to implement VAS, Content and Mobile Money services;
- Propose business solution to increase services revenue;
- Issue KPI of VAS Department to manage and execute works on achieving the objectives;
- Recruit new staffs to extend missions and businesses of VAS Department.

[TD]- Develop and maintain the service plan to enable the VAS Department to conduct its activities in accordance with statutory obligations, regulations and internal policies;
- Ensure the designated service/function is delivered in an innovative, responsive, customer-focussed and cost effective manner and ensure that there is clarity of purpose throughout the designated service/functional areas;
- Build effective, creative teams to implement VAS, Content and Mobile Money services;
- Understand Viettel Tanzanias cultures, regulations and business strategies then align them to achieve goals and objectives of VAS Department;
- Demonstrable knowledge of current legislation, sector trends, market intelligence and competitor awareness;
- Effective project management.

Education

[TD]- At least 5 years of working experience and 3 years in marketing, sale or strategy management and already managed 10-20 business staffs (Priority in Telecommunication);
- Degree above;
- Proven experience in a business strategy;
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- University degree or business/project management qualification desirable but not essential;
- Strong commercial and business acumen;
- Ability to work independently and in teams;
- IT literate with knowledge and experience of using all Windows, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project.
