Telesales Executives (3 Positions)
Our client is a well established branding, signages, and printing company based in Dar es salaam. As a result of the continued growth and expansion of its business, three Telesales Executives positions have been created in the Sales Department.
The Telesales Executives will report to the Sales Manager and will primarily be responsible for generating revenue. The job involves contacting customers by telephone, identifying their needs, presenting the firm’s solutions to meet the customers’ needs, and following through to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Achieve the set targets and standards.
· Provide outstanding service to customers.
· Update the customer database.
Key competences and Skills
· Good Telephone and Computer skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Good negotiation, customer service, and organization skills.
· High motivation, energy and ambition
· Creative and critical thinking skills.
· Good, teamwork, networking and a strong presence.
Minimum Requirements
· At least three years experience in telesales/marketing. Ability to negotiate business with top corporate decision makers will be an added advantage.
· Either gender aged below 30 years
