JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE, SECURITY SYSTEMS
COMPANY: QUANTUM SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTD

Quantum Security Solutions Limited is a company located in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and is involved in the sales, installing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems for both domestic and commercial use. We supply and install numerous high quality and durable brand names of security systems such as Centurion, Nemtek, HIK Vision, ZKTeco etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Prospecting and Sales of (but not limited to) Access Control Systems, Alarm Systems, Electric Fencing, Gates and Barrier automation, CCTV (Surveillance) Systems, etc. to individuals and businesses.
2. Contacts prospective customers to explain security installation and maintenance services and to demonstrate security systems available.
3. Works with Technical Director to examine customer's home or business and analyzes customer's requirements to recommend security system to meet customer's needs via Site Survey report and Proposal.
4. Performs other duties as described under SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT.
Remuneration: An ATTRACTIVE Compensation Plan exists which rewards performers significantly.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1-2 years of relevant industry experience. (Required)
2. 1-2 year of relevant sales experience. (Preferred)
Knowledge: Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills in both English and Kiswahili. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be highly customer focused with the ability to work under pressure and to work by yourself without constant supervision. Must be willing work a flexible schedule.
Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required.)
Personality requirements: Must be capable of motivating others, Trustworthy, Honest, and Responsible.
