Requirements
- A bachelor degree in business, management or related field
- At least two (2) years experience in management role especially related to marketing activities
- Well skilled in business communications, sales, development and operations management
Main responsibilities
- Marketing the resort rooms, restaurant, events, activities and bar to drive more bookings and sales
- Managing accounts in travel and accommodation platforms like booking.com, agoda, expedia, airbnb etc
- Management of resort marketing activities digitally and physically
- Managing customers reservations, enquiries and experience
- Managing social media platforms of the resort (Facebook, Instagram etc)
- Other responsibilities which will be assigned based on the business needs
