In a nutshell the incumbent will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to area sales managers and petrol stations to enable them in achieving their full potential of sales.
Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements - land rent, land leases, Ewura regulations, etc at the petrol stations
Liasoning with statutory authorities & customers - Ewura, TBS, Weights and Measures, Ministry of Energy to provide reports and information required by the agencies.
Collection, collation and analysis of sales statistics - as instructed by head of sales.
Qualifications:
Very Dynamic form six leaver OR Certificate holder OR diploma holder preferably in a business related field
Good command of MS office package
Brilliant written and spoken communication skills (English) e.g. can draft intelligible letters, announcements etc
Must have above average interpersonal skills and must be proactive
