Nchi zote zilizopiga Maendeleo na zenye Watu makini kabisa huwezi kukuta katika Matangazo yao ya Ajira / Kazi wanasema sijui Wanawake wamepewa Vipaumbele.

Mbona hao hao Wanawake wakiwa huko Vyuoni huwa hatuoni matangazo yanayowataka Wahadhiri wote wanakupa wanasahihisha Mitihani ya Wanafunzi basi wakiona tu ' Booklet ' ya Mwanamke wawe wanawabeba kwa kuwapa A+? Iweje tu hii ' affirmative action ' kwa Wanawake iwepo katika Ajira / Kazi tu?

Wanawake na Wanaume wapewe Kipaumbele kimoja na ushindani wao pekee ubaki tu pale katika Usaili wao wanapotafuta Ajira / Kazi na hii mnayoifanya Kwao mnadhani labda mnawajenga kumbe ndiyo Kwanza mnawaharibu na kuwafanya siku zote wawe tu ' inferior ' hata kama kuna sehemu unaona kabisa wanaweza.

Ahsante.. Lakini kulingana na gender balance katika organization inayohitaji uyo mtu, nafasi zilizobaki ni kwa ajili ya jinsia ya kike kutokana na sheria uajiri nafikiri ndio maana wanatka kubalance gender zote katika kampuni.
