Dressed-down Dave attempts Obama's casual cool: Cameron wears jeans and zip-up jacket paired with a dispatch box as he steps off sleeper train in Cornwall

  • The Prime Minister travelled from London to Penzance on the sleeper train
  • He looked stressed and exhausted as he got off the train this morning
  • Cameron was sporting jeans with smart black shoes and a navy jacket
  • Tories are keen to drive the Lib Dems out of the South-West at the Election

Get-up: David Cameron stepped off the sleeper train at Penzance
this morning wearing jeans, smart shoes and a navy jacket

Journey: The Prime Minister travelled for eight hours from Paddington station to reach Cornwall

Tired out: The Tory leader did not appear to have enjoyed a good night's sleep
on the train and was wearing an unusual combination of solely dark colours

Destination: He apparently chose the sleeper to avoid taking time out of his schedule to travel

Outfit: Mr Cameron wore a navy jacket, dark blue shirt, jeans and smart black shoes - as well as a red box

Inspiration? Mr Cameron may have been trying to channel the style sense of US President Barack Obama

Changed: The leader put on a more formal outfit for his speech at a company in Penzance

Gimmick: Mr Cameron tried out a selfie stick during a visit to radio station Pirate FM today

Mr Cameron often wears navy blue when he is off duty,
like in this photograph from his Cornish holiday in summer 2013

Relaxed: The Prime Minister wore dark blue again while on holiday with wife Samantha in Portugal last year

Je, atashinda tarehe 7 May?

  • The Tories, however, will cut taxes but slash benefits, the IFS said today

Nicola Sturgeon, the anti-Tory who needs the Tories to keep her popular

SNP on course to win EVERY seat in Scotland after surging to 54% in the polls as Labour support collapses

  • Nicola Sturgeon's party has seen its support surge by 34% from 2010
  • If the result is the same next week, the SNP will win all 59 seats in Scotland
  • It would mean Labour losing all 40 of its MPs north of the border
  • Labour have slumped to 20%, just three points ahead of the Conservatives

Nategemea vyama vya upinzani vinajifunza kutoka kwa vyama vingine vinavyofanya mambo yao. Come on SNP, I really like the strategy of this party.

Nicola Sturgeon today claimed Ed Miliband has 'lost the plot' after suggesting he would rather not be in power than rely on the SNP

Opinion poll hadi hivi sasa zinaonyesha Conservative at 34% na Labour 33% ngoma bado nzito .... .... lakini karata zangu bado zinawapa ushindi Labour ... .... ... outright winner au coalition na NSP ..... ...

The tories will be back on the parliament but a coalition with another party particularly snp is indispensable

Wacha1
