Job Description
Title: Volunteer Training Officer
Key Function Areas
Provide support on training logistic
Make follow up on training activities
Receive phone calls from different Microfinance Institutions and Sacco's
Performs any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized Institution
Previous experience with any Company that coordinates training and academic qualification in Microfinance and Enterprises development will be an added advantage
Excellent working knowledge of written and spoken English and Swahili is essential
Required Skills and experience
Proven ability to communicate and interact with others
Able to work accurately and under high pressure within fixed and short time frammes
Excellent networking, oral and written communication skills
High level of motivation, innovative, personal commitment and ethical standards
