CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES IN SCHOOLS TRADE FAIR AT MNAZI MMOJA GROUND IN NOVEMBER 2017

Sealed quotations are invited from person/ agencies/companies possessing requisite license and having experience in provision of services for public in local and international trade fair. Types and nature of the services to be provided for period of five days are:-
Lot One: Bites and Soft drinks Services
Lot Two: Outdoor billboard services
Lot Three: Tents, Chairs and Table supply
Lot Four: Audio Visual and Photo Shooting
Lot Five: Security Guards Services
Lot Six: Decoration of trade fair’s scene
Lot Seven: Printing Services
Instructions:-
1. Cost of Tender documents: Tzs.100,000/= (Non refundable)
2. Payment should be done through CRDB Bank –Account No-0150251959700, Account Name is Guru Planet
3. Sale of Tender documents: 17 April 2017 to 10 May 2017 (Between 10 am to 04 pm)
4. Submission Date and Time of opening of Tender documents: 24 May 2017 ( 03 pm)
