Habarini Wanajf wenzangu, Ihope mko good.

Kwa mara ya kwanza nafanya meditation baada ya kufundishwa na jamaa mmoja hivi niliona haina maana, lakini kadri siku zilivyozidi kwenda niliona mabadiliko fulani ndani ya akili yangu.

Nikawa na uwezo wa kukuntrol akili na emotions zangu jambo ambalo limenifanya niweze kutengeneza new awareness na kufocus kwenye mambo ya msingi na kuthink outside the box wanaofanya meditation nadhani wananielewa.

So now Tahajudi nimekuwa nikipractice at any place and anytime, nikitaka hi kitu ni nzuri sana ukiimaster vizuri.

Swali langu je? Wewe huwa unafanya Tahajudi, kama jibu ni hapana anza sasa.

Simple ni hii ya kukaa sehemu tulivu na kurelax then unafocus kwenye breath pale unapovuta pumzi in and out apo hutakiwi kufikria chochote clear your mind for 15 up 20 minutes is enough... for beginners
