Position: Store Supervisor​

Number of vacancies: 5

Qualifications​

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in shops or bank branch management
• Experience in telecom or bank branch management is an added advantage

Core responsibilities​

• Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency of the Yas-owned shop
• Promote a customer-focused attitude and a culture of excellent customer service across the team
• Ensure all team members are well-versed in product knowledge
• Timely prepare and present operational and financial reports
• Execute plans to increase sales and enhance profitability to meet Yas-owned shop targets
• Manage stock and inventory control of Yas products and services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff

Competencies​

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
