What is happening with standard procedure? Siro! My be I am not aware of the of the real procedure to summon somebody, but that being the fact it does't mean that I am blind with the procedure to be followed if Siro realy want to Hon Mbowe for debreif. It seems that Mr Siro has his own hidden agenda from the following grounds
1. it has been declined by the Pm and commissioner Sianga that the approach applied by the RC was incorrect, unjustus more over not cerdible as there were no emperical evidence to prove the case.
2. Up this moment Siro has not issued any summonse for Hon Mbowe for the good reason known to himself while he is aware of the standard procedure.
What i don't understand is what realy happening to Mr Siro's mind. Iwish he could get back to his sense abbysus abbysum invocat
