Spagheti with Tomatoes, lady finger and beef stew

1. 500 gm spaghet
2. 200gm or 8 pieces of lady finger fruiit cust into halves
3. 300gm or 4 pieces of tomato fruit make into paste
4. Onion cut into slices
5. food flavour/Royco
6. Cooking oil
7. Salt
8. 250gm redmeat beef sliced into cubes

1. Boil the spaghet for 15 minutes in water withe a small amount of salt and oil
2. Leave to cool

1. Put the cooking oil an onion into a cooking pot until the onions turn brown
2. Put the meat then,mix with the lady finger and wait for seven minute to fifteen minutes
3. Add the tomatoe paste into the mixture withe salt and a small amout of water and food flavour and leave to cook
4. Check the pot after 10 minutes to check the progress on the meat and lady finger
5. If completely cooked save with the spagheti and a glass of dry wine.
6. 
   
7. This is a portion for 2 or three people
