-to code in any programming languages example e.g. php, c#, vb, java etc.
-should know MySQL, oracle or Microsoft sql
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-Read and understand API documents and learn quickly to implement
-Communicate well and document work
-Ability to be team leader
-knowing php framework (cakephp or codeigniter) is an added advantage
-knowledge in JavaScript, jQuery is added advantage
