I am a mature lady looking for employment as a full-time or part-time teacher in English and/or History. I'd prefer teaching in a secondary school or college in either Dar-es-Salaam, Pwani or Kilimanjaro regions.

I am available immediately. Thank you all.

What's your educational level, and how far successful are your previous accomplishments in and outside your desired career? You could have let this open to readers as the way to attract your thread.

Respond the question asked by jf members. Are you real available? first posting 24th. till 26th no respond! Madame really you a job?

I have been trying unsuccessfully since yesterday to submit the required update to jf members. Please bear with me as I try to solve the issue.

I hold an Advanced Certificate of Education with 3 principals. Due to circumstances beyond my control was unable to join university.
I have thirty years experience working as a bank cashier, untrained teacher, personal secretary and rose to the position of administrative assistant.
I have attended on-job training and obtained certificates in skills improvement in report writing, management and legal records.
In the various organizations I have worked, I have been tasked with teaching new staff and overseeing subordinate staff. I love reading, writing, researching, idea sharing and site seeing. The importance of these learning qualities I shall share with the students so that they can strive to read more, understand context, questions and know how to answer in simple, clear and precise manner.

Are you able to provide high quality English educational content for O'level as per National Curriculum/Syllabus? Do you have such experience? Have you ever written any 'desa' for English learners (o'level students)? OR Have you ever provided any educational content to any education company? If yes (with evidence), then we can discuss.

I'm experiencing problems submitting my reply to you since yesterday. I'll keep trying hope it will be solved soon.

English is not my first language but am widely read and well spoken hence can vouch for quality. I have perused the English syllabus for 'o' level students and find it relatively straight forward and detailed. The onus is on the teacher to grasp it's content, meticulously plan lessons well in advance and seek assistance of experienced colleagues. I have never written a 'desa' or authored any educational material. My duties included drafting responses to correspondence, taking minutes of meetings and verbatim records of proceedings.
