there will always be two sides to the story, your explanations can go both ways, if i ask you what is the exactly number of people who oppose Kagame presidency i doubt you will be able to give exact number.
sometimes people change their minds, in Tanzania right now there is a talk for JPM to extend his presidency, constitutions get revised 'sometimes' by the same people who wrote them in the first place. so you shouldnt be amazed by the people of Rwanda for changing their minds.
