Russia now turns to Africa

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, earlier Wednesday for a day-long visit.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for cooperation with African Union (A.U.) Commission chairperson Ncosazana Dlamini-Zuma.

The MoU aims to bolster cooperation between the two sides in the fields of science and technology as well as energy sector development.
Lavrov arrived in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, earlier Wednesday for a day-long visit.

He held talks upon arrival with Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn and Foreign Minister Tedros Adhanom on means of bolstering economic cooperation between the two countries.

According to the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry, Lavrov's visit aims to enhance ties between both his country and Ethiopia in particular and between Russia and the A.U. in general, Ethiopia's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Lavrov came to Ethiopia from Zimbabwe, where he had met with President Robert Mugabe, with whom he signed bilateral investment deals worth some $3 billion.

If Russians could stick with Africa even after the collapse of the USSR the story would be different. They were brothers from another mother....anyway, it is not too late. But the game and the playing field have changed so much

Brother from another mother while blacks/Africans are the number one target for the local Russians in the streets of Moscow, St. Petersburg, etc.

Bora umewakumbusha baadhi ya watu maana wanatumia hisia kutoa mawazo. Russia atakuwa anaikumbuka Afrika akiwa amebanwa tu, na akipatana na majirani tu hawezi kuendelea na sie waafrika. Hao viongozi wanatoka kwenye jamii zao ukisikia watu weusi wanauwawa mara kwa mara urusi usije ukadhani Putin anawaza tofauti na wananchi wenzake.

Warusi walau ni wakweli kuwa hawatupendi. Hawa wa West wanajifanya wanatupenda ila ndiyo hao wanatulazimisha mambo kibao na kutuwekea viongozi wanaowataka wao na siasa zao.

Kam ni majambaz mbna kila siku mnawapgia magot kuomba misaada...yan mpk vyandarua utasikia ni kwa msaada wa watu wa marekan

Mtu mweusi ameletwa duniani kuteseka tu, kwao au ugenini. Ndiyo maana viongozi wetu wamepewa vichwa vlivyojaa maji machafu

Indeed the new Russia, and new Russians thought they could go without our continent. They were busy making new friends in the west. Zamani hakukuwa na ubaguzi walionao leo watu wa Russia na waliziaidia sana nchi nyingi za Africa...at their own peril!!

Kwa ujumla Wazungu hawatupendi hata kidogo, Waamerika, Waarabu, Wayahudi,Wahindi,Wachina,Wajapani woote hawatupendi hata chembe.
inashangaza katika karne hii ya 21 waafrika wanadharauliwa na kubaguliwa na kila mtu. kuna ambao wangetamani tutoweke kwenye uso wa dunia kama wangekuwa na jinsi ya kufanya hivyo.

Waafrika tusipojipenda wenyewe na kuwa na mikakati ya kusaidiana na kuinuana sisi kwa sisi itakula kwetu maana hii mijitu mingine yoooote haitutakii mema, na haitutaki.

Ukweli ni kwamba baadhi yao bado hawaamini 100% kwamba sisi ni binadamu tunaostahili haki sawa na wao
