War in the DRC Paul Kagame relieved after the meeting of the Security Council of the UN
Paul Kagame is somewhat relieved by the Security Council meeting last Thursday on the war in the DRC. U.S. Secretary of State has just called to see an end to foreign support for rebels in eastern DRC. Rwanda was shot cheaply because the meeting gave birth to a big mouse because it has developed without a declaration called "Declaration of non-interference." Non-interference? This provision is contained in letters of gold in the Framework Agreement Addis Ababa where all signatories, including Rwanda, pledged not to interfere in the affairs of neighbors.
