Just wondering the whereabouts of this award, I can only recall Joachim Chisano and Festos Moghae who emerged winners, thereafter we have been told that no one had ever deserved
- Is it true?
- what has gone wrong?
- Does it mean that our leaders don't care (pretend) about it?
- Is it that MO was looking for fame?
- has MO gone bankrupt?
- Is it over?
