Nikiwa idle nitashusha hapa but mostly analysis kama SWOT, RISK and CBACan you detail the methodologies anddd analytical frameworks you use in your proposals to evaluate and validate the feasibility of different dvp ideas or projects rafiki?
Sawa sawa, inasubiriwa rafiki.Nikiwa idle nitashusha hapa but mostly analysis kama SWOT, RISK and CBA
Though not exhaustive ila yaweza toa mwanga, mambo ni mengi.Sawa sawa, nitakukumbusha atakapotupatia.
Mr ManyanzaThough not exhaustive ila yaweza toa mwanga, mambo ni mengi.
I normally use the following Analytical methods in determining the feasibilities of projects:
1) Risk analysis
Here means to understand and to deal with possible risks which may negatively affect viability of the projects. The analysis includes the process of identifying the risks of undertaking the project, determining the probability of the risk identified (that's how effective they are) and lastly measuring the Impacts in the project if it at all will happen.
HENCE the lower the Risks rates the higher the viability of the project and vice versa.
2) Cost Benefit Analysis...
This is a data driven analysis for someone to make correct decisions on any development project. It guides the owner on the cost and the benefits of the projects when weighed simultaneously.
A formal CBA will identify and quantify all project costs and benefits, then calculates the expected Net Present Value (NPV), Return On Investment (ROI) and Payback Period.
NB: Project owners are motivated by the benefits and blocked by the costs before benefits. So the analysis when undergone efficiently the positive difference btn the two should favour benefits over costs for one to decide the viability of the project.
3) SWOT analysis: the Four quadrants that's STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITIES and THREATS if well studied helps the project owners to decide wisely on their projects.
The quadrants can be studied on the Owners themselves and the idea of the project as independent variables.
Here the quadrants STRENGTH and OPPORTUNITIES portrays the positive side of the project while the rest: WEAKNESS and THREATS portrays negative side of the project.
The good thing is, when identifying and studying the four quadrants one has to make sure S&O show the high possibility of undertaking the project while W&T though can be unavoidable but always one has to identify methods to make them less effective towards the project.
In here the if S&O are more practical to bring desired project goals than the W&T to affecting the project..the project is termed viable.
I like using SWOC, Strength weakness opportunities and challenges , hahaha 🤣Though not exhaustive ila yaweza toa mwanga, mambo ni mengi.

Kwenye hatari kunaweza muogopesha mwenye mradi wakati ikiwa kama changamoto basi changamoto haikimbiwi bali inakabiliwa positively ili itumike kama fursa/opportunity in a diversive way.I like using SWOC, Strength weakness opportunities and challenges , hahaha 🤣
Safi kabisa...imekaa vema hio.
