Last time nilipost hapa jinsi nilivyochelewa first interview, well apparently i passed that interview and was called for an interview with the partners which i also passed.

Kwa hivyo baada ya mwaka mmoja na miezi miwili nimefanikiwa kupata kazi nashukuru sana kwa maombi yenu. Msikate tamaa graduates wenzangu, tutafute kazi strategically.

Know what you want keep developing the skills needed by employers, leave alone the degree paper if you are an accountant get to learn accounting softwares, get an internship, learn a new skill even driving, learn some proffesional behaviour,do something for the community.

Lead people in your circles, network, update your linkedin status etc, strategy in summary keep God close and he shall trully bless you.

Jobs are not in internets and pieces of papers as most of u guys want us to blive..thats slavery..jobs are within ourselves amd not with themselves..

where exactly within ourselves?.When you are set to build a career in a proffesion like accounting,you must be in an enviroment that is more formal.You cant build it on your own.As i have said in my post,the paper itself is not enough,being all-rounded is key in the job market.

Wat is tht accountant thing are u talking about.?a career thing is wat makes us not to look into other opportunities rather the career,pple get blinded by the so called career..most of us concentrate into it ts meangless..i am a lawyer,im an acountant and so have u, thats what we claim at the end we have nothng in our pockets.for sure education ruines everything..

I understand you,friend,but i beg to differ a lil' bit. A career is what opens you up to other opportunities,in fact better ones.A career offers one an avenue to establish strong proffesional connections and develop skills.I am not advocating for one to spend his/her lifetime in a career but rather use the career to enable him pursue other opportunities.

A career can be a starting point.There are people who started out in their career,5+ years down the line,they ditched their career after they have assured themselves that they have gannered enough to enable them pursue other opportunities.Some are the greatest investors of the time.

There are so many fields in life one can pursue but you can not pursue them all.specialisation brings efficiency.

Halafu jielimishe zaidi na zaidi kwa vitu vya msingi, ujaribu kupunguza muda wa kuwa kwenye mitandao kadri iwezekanavyo.

Kule utahitajika kusoma mitihani ya ACCA/CPA/CISA kutegemeana na nini unafanya, fee, vitabu, review vyote unapewa, ni wewe tu na muda wako kusoma na kufanya kazi.
