A general commercial company in mining industry operating in mining areas in Tanzania with annual Turnover of 1.5 Billion and Debt to Asset Ratio of 0.6 and Annual Profit of 100 Million and Operating Capital of TZS 35,000,000 requires an investor who will either inject operating Capital or Inject Funds for both financing debts and Operations.For an investor who will inject Operating Capital The amount required is 35,000,000 Shs and for Both Debts and Operations the Amount required will be 175,000,000 Shs.

The company is fully licensed and compliant with regulations with potential for growth.The Amounts will be for equity based investment(shares of the company which will be determined by fair valuation of the value of the company.
