This is a new, full-time position for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team
key tasks

  • Acting as receptionist
  • Maintain day to day financial, accounting,administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support company operations.
  • Monitoring the office environment throughout the day to ensure it remains clean and tidy
  • Helping to foster a culture where it's easy for people to create and maintain a good working environment
  • Carrying out other ad hoc tasks as required, including providing support where needed to all members of the team
Skills and experience required

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting
  • Good computer skills, particular in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An excellent telephone manner and great people skills
  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Some previous experience of working in an administrative role
  • A-Level or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not essential
The Office Administrator should be sociable and be a good communicator. We are looking for someone who is proactive, and excellent team player We will support your carrier development and you'll have the opportunity to gain practical skills and experience working with experienced team.
