- Acting as receptionist
- Maintain day to day financial, accounting,administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support company operations.
- Monitoring the office environment throughout the day to ensure it remains clean and tidy
- Helping to foster a culture where it's easy for people to create and maintain a good working environment
- Carrying out other ad hoc tasks as required, including providing support where needed to all members of the team
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting
- Good computer skills, particular in Microsoft Excel and Word
- An excellent telephone manner and great people skills
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Some previous experience of working in an administrative role
- A-Level or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not essential
