Start Date: 1st SEPTEMBER 2022
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to oversee all WAN/LAN Outdoor and Indoor Network related services. Emphasis will be on Tower, New and Existing CPE Maintenance and installation.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Diploma in a Computer science or related Technical is preferred
-ICT professional certification ITIL, comp TIA A+ will be an added advantage.
-1-2 years of relevant work experience in Wireless Networks PTP/PTMP with a vast knowledge of Ubiquit & Mikrotik Network Equipment.
-Extensive experience working with different operating system including Windows and Mac Os.
-Ability to priority and manage several projects efficiently.
-Ability to wrk independently
-Time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadline for any resolution.
MAIN KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Install and configure new hardware/software for network
-Setup and Installation of Network @ Customer Premises.
-Assign calls to technical personnel
-Application installation / repair and hosting services.
-Act as initial point of contact for all devices, Network and system related concerns from client or other employee.
-User account creation and provide remote support on users device
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
-Tactical and discreet when dealing with client and confidential information.
-Good Interpersonal skills good command of English language.
-Creative thinking.
