Brief description of this position:

- Management: the rules and regulation of Company and department, routines of staff in the department, work of department and staff, evaluate the finished work of the staff.
- Provide training and implementation of activities to improve the professional qualifications of the staff in the department.
- Organize the monitoring and inspection activities of mobile Viettel Tanzania network.
- Steering the work of handling incident happen on network, and rescue services of mobile Viettel Tanzania network.
- Coordinate planning, organizing training situations.
- Reporting and analysis offering solutions to improve the quality of network periodically.
- Perform other duties as required by the commander.


Experience & Education:


- From 28 years of age, in good health
- Gender: male
- University degree or above, majoring in electronics and telecommunications
- Minimum 5 years experience in telecom (Network Operation Center), priority 02 years experienced managers department in companies have 50 or more employees
- Quick thinking, logic, strategic vision, ability good presentation
- Be careful, detailed work
- There is a desire to work and long-term commitment to the company, ready to work no matter the time to complete the tasks assigned
