jamani nina stress naona sasa zinakonipeleka siko ..hadi kichwa kinaniuma,nashidwa hata kulala vya kutosha nakuwa naweweseka nikilaa ..shida kubwa ninakuwa na mambo mengi ya kufanya kwa mda mfupi..kazini,family,madeni ninayodai silipwi,biashara haiendi,kuna jamaa zangu natakiwa niwasaidie na kwenyewe kumekwama zaidi ya kupokea lawama tu....kila ninachokipanga haikiendi,nifanyeje wandugu niishi maisha ya furaha!
 
Pole sana mkuu hali hiyo, ila tatizo umeshalijua hivyo inabidi ulitatue kwa namna ambayo hautaathirika na stress.
Jaribu kufanya kazi kwa malengo na ikiwezekana tafuta na msaidizi ambaye ataweza kukusaidia kwenye baadhi ya shughuli zako.
 
Dawa ya stress ni kutafuta namna ya kucope nayo.
