1. JOB TITLE: OFFICE MANAGER
Job Description
we are opening a volume printing documents in Dar es Salaam by this December. I am looking to fill one position. This position requires multiple skills…Graphic Designer/OfficeManager/Sales Associate. I am looking for the right person with exceptional Graphic Design Skills to help grow the business.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
You should possess the following skills
• Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design operating on a PC
• Sales skills involving prospecting new business, networking, and current client base is a plus
• Office Management including day-to-day operation, fielding business calls, completion of daily ledgers, order processing, payment execution
• Web design experience is a plus, but not required
• Video Editing/Animation/Motion Graphics skills are a huge plus.
• Must have outgoing personality and be able to adapt to all clients and situations








2. JOB TITLE: FARM MANAGER
Farm manager are responsible for the daily planning, organisation, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.
Key responsibilities include:
• Forward planning
• making policy decisions
• budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
• organising sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
• handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
• recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
• making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
• ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
• keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
• Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
• organising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery
• advertising and marketing farm products
• Variations in workloads relate to seasonal demands - some unsocial hours may be necessary during busy periods (eg during harvesting or lambing) and manager will be expected to deal with emergencies.
Qualifications and training required
Farm manager shall posess degree qualifications in, agriculture, horticulture, land or estate management or crop/plant science.

3. FARM IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN.

Responsibilities:

1. He shall Control all Water Supply Schemes, Irrigation Schemes, Flood Control Works, Sewerage Schemes, Projects and allied activities for which any special instructions considered necessary for administrative and technical/ professional reason shall be issued by him from time to time.
2. Monitoring of irrigation, floud control and water supply schemes
3. Develops all phases of an irrigation system that meets the owner’s requirements within the budgetary constraints.
4. Operates and maintains construction equipment used to install irrigation systems
5. Interacts with site owners, regulatory agencies, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, staff members, manufacturers of irrigation products and other site development architects
6. Works on the development of all phases of the irrigation system
7. 2 years experience in the design of irrigation systems
8. Field experience and business management experience are very helpful
Qualifications and training required
Diploma holder in water engineering with experience not less than 1 year on the same field
