IT Technical Support Profile/ Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have the knowledge in administrating and configuring Android, iOS
· Who can configure and work in Windows, OS X, Linux and surrounding applications
· Experienced user of MS Office, advanced search in Internet, web-applications, Google products
· responsible for each own deed, diligent and hardworking
· With Excellent Communications skills written/verbally fluently, who communicate with clients, in both English and Swahili.
· interested in novelties in IT and always want to be on the edge of technologies and technics development
· ready to work in evening and night shifts
Responsibilities:
o Respond to unscheduled outages, troubleshoot and resolve the issue and Follow the companys process to escalate the issue if necessary
o Use own initiative to carry out work to improve IT processes. Constantly review the condition and usability of IT hardware and software
o prepare and present help desk support performance measurement reports
o assist in any local and global IT projects
o perform troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, TV, CCTV, Telepony outages
o maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, network equipment, IT equipment, spare parts, and software licenses
o Respond to employees on any IT problems over phone and assist with basic trouble shooting.
o Gather preliminary information from the fellow employees and customers before assigning to relevant teams.
o Weekly and monthly reporting is a key deliverable.
o Minimum 6 month Experience in managing service desk or equivalent.
o Understanding of service desk and service delivery.
o Team interactions & Soft Skills
o Excellent Logical & analytical skill
o Proven Basic Experience in Installation & Troubleshooting.
o Experience with Desktops & laptops.
o Experience on servers installations & Setup will be an added advantage.
