Hali Halisi Publishers Limited (HHPL) is a company limited by shares, registered in Tanzania on 3rd January 2005. The objectives for the establishment of the company were: publishing newspapers, journals, research reports, periodicals, brochures and books. The company Publishes and distributes MwanaHALISI and Mseto newspapers, where the former specialized in hard news while the latter specialized in hard news and sports news. In 2014 two new products called MwanaHALISI Online and MwanaHALISI Forums were introduced.
Against this background, HHPL has secured funds from the Tanzania Media Foundation for the purpose of implementing the Content with Transformation Project at the headquarters of HHPL. - Conducts Public Interest Journalism (PIJ) as and when required

- Creates user accounts and provides relevant privileges as and when required
- Connects the VAS Dashboard to telecoms operators network as and when required
- Customizes user reports available on the VAS Dashboard as and when required
- Troubleshoots hardware and software problems that may arise during the normal operations of the VAS Dashboard.
