Will help in design and execution of marketing campaigns and processes within the marketing automation system and will be a key resource for campaign managers. Will report to the Marketing Automation Director who oversees the execution of all campaigns and underlying/related data systems. Responsibilities:
Setup of Email campaigns (canvases), segmentation and data/activity triggered events.
Help increase speed / agility and throughput of our overall campaigns processes.
Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns using the Eloqua platform.
Analyze and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns.
Reinforce and support marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting.
Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Responsible for cash application through Mobile money, Online Payment and Credit Card
Maintain the integrity of the process and ensuring that all payments are properly recorded is essential and Items not correctly posted could impact the delivery of the customer’s products until resolved.
Complete 5 to 7 cash batches per day.
Research items and determine what the customer was trying to pay and logging the results into the spreadsheet on the server.
Work on customer accounts offsetting their debit with credit memos: including credits generated by the return function which need to be offset against an open invoice and supporting documentation tells the analyst what should be offset.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree Required: BS.
BS in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Previous cash application experience.
Strong excel skills is a must.
