Msaada wa Excel functions

Wana taaluma ya IT JF,

Wasaalam, nimeandaa tool moja kwenye excel kwa ajili ya matumizi ya kifedha, sasa nimecreate collum inayoonyesha kama utazidisha matumizi basi matokeo ni kuwa jibu litakuwa negative, yaani ovespending. sasa wataalam shida yangu ni kuwa ninahitaji kujua namna ya kukomand kila cell kwenye hiyo collum ikiwa negative basi ionyeshe kwa rangi nyekundu (kuonyesha alam fulani hivi)

Ninatumia excel 2007, ninaweza pia kuswitch kwenda kwenye excel 2003 kama kunauhitaji huo

Highlight cell unazotaka pawe na jibu, then right click, select Format Cells, kwenye tool bar select number, then select currency, there you can choose type of currency you are using (You may also choose none if the currency you prefer is not there) then utaona kuna numbers in black and red select numbers in red but not in blacket.
maelezo tu ndio marefu lakini sio kazi kivile
