Kumekuwa na tabia ya baadhi ya watu kubeza na Kupinga kila kitu kinachoonekana, Bila kujali ukweli wa jambo lenyewe na uwezekano wake.

Daraja la kigamboni kwa asilimia 98% lipo sawa kabisa kutokana na taaluma za ki-uhandisi,Kabla ya kuanza kwa ujenzi wa daraja lolote duniani ni lazima uangalie. “ PROJECT POSSIBILITY”…Kwa kufanya hatua Nne muhimu;

a) Feasibility study

b) Detail design

c) International Tendering

d) Project construction

Nilikuwa nafatilia kwa karibu sana na nimegundua hayo yote yalizingatiwa kwa kiwango cha juu sana katika ujenzi wa daraja hili la kigamboni;

MAWAZO YA BAADHI YA WATU

Kuna watu wanapotosha umma kuwa zile FLYOVER zimejengwa kimakosa, kwamba kwa maoni yao, wanasema ilitakiwa kuwe na barabara ya moja kwa moja kutoka Tazara inayo pita juu kwa juu bila kupishana/kuungana na nyinge hadi darajani, na inayotoka iwe hivo hivo kunyoosha kushoto hadi tazara n.k (Kwakweli mawazo kama haya ni mawazo mgando)

KWANINI NASEMA FLYOVER ZIPO SAWA?

Kutokana na design pamoja na michoro, Eneo lile ilipojengwa FLYOVER, ni eneo complicated kujenga fly over za moja kwa moja kama watu wanavodai kumbuka lile eneo ni dogo pia lina njia ya treni, halafu lilitaka ujenzi wa haraka kutokana na matumizi ya bandarini kwahiyo Isingewezekana. Ili uweze kujenga fly over za moja kwa moja kama maoni ya baadhi ya watu yakupasa uwe na eneo safi na lisilopungua Square mita 1000, kitu ambacho hakipo pale au vinginevyo baadhi ya barabara mhimu za kuelekea bandarini na kuingia darajan zingekosekana kama ingefanyika vinginevyo.

KABLA HAIJAJENGWA FLY OVER NINI HUTIZAMWA?

Fly-over hujumuisha mambo mengi kwa mfano; main deck slab, deck beam, piers, girders, foundation, handrails, wings of slope n.k

KILICHOZINGATIWA KATIKA FLYOVER YA KIGAMBONI

Kilichozingatiwa pale ni TRAFFIC CENSES, kiasi kwamba barabara zote zilipatikana na kila upande umepata ROAD ACCESS ya kutumia daraja, ikumbukwe kuna njia ya treni eneo lile.naimani kulikuwa na Changamoto ya ujenzi paleambayo ilihitaji utaalamu wa hali ya juu;

Kutokana na aina ya watumiaji wengi AFRICA hasa TANZANIA kuishi kwa mazoea na kukariri; CHANGAMOTO iliyopo pale ni ELIMU itolewe zaidi kwa MADREVA , Ingawa Itakuwa vizuri yale maungio yanayounganisha wanaotoka TAZARA kuingia kigamboni na WANAOTOKA DARAJANI KWENDA SHIMO LA UDONGO pawekwe TAA ZA KUONGOZEA ili kuongeza usalama na kuboresha ile TRAFFIC FLOW kwani Madreva wanaopenda kulazimishwa kusimama kwa taa au matuta Watasimama ili kupishana kwa usalama.

Maswali ya kujiuliza kabla hujakosoa;

1. Unaposema zile FLY-OVER zimejengwa kimakosa zilipaswa kuwa za moja kwa moja kwahiyo unamaana zilizopo zibomolewe au unamaana gani?

2. Unaposema hazifai zina changanya madreva waliozoea ku-KEEP LEFT, Je ROAD SIGN zinafundishwa kwa mdreva kwanini?

3. Unapokosoa kazi ya wataalam wewe umetumia elimu gani kujua COMPONENTS zinazohitaji pale?

4. Je unapopinga fly over hii,je una-design yeyote inayo kidhi matakwa ya wote?


..........................UPDATE FOR CLARIFICATION OF FLY OVER ROAD....................

Flyover: - It is a bridge that carries one road or railway line above another either with or without subsidiary roads, for communication between the two.
Reason behind going for a flyover: - There two; FIRST is for road interchange Especialy at comlicated Area. SECOND As the traffic on the road goes on increasing and we don’t have any space left in both the dimensions, then the only option left will be to go to the third dimension and that is done through flyover construction, Kigamboni the first option was best.

Classification: -

At Crossings:

Railway Crossing: - At railway crossing where there is high traffic congestion in terms of the frequency of trains passing by or the traffic on the road, in both the cases the flyover should be provided along the road. Here the flyover becomes indispensable.

Road crossing: - There are two types of flyovers which are used for traffic management at road crossings.

Simple Flyovers: - In this case, the main road is used for fast traffic, which is made to pass at a high level by a bridge, providing ramps on both the approaches; and the slow traffic is made to pass underneath. Thus the traffics pass at two different levels, and leave no chance for an accident
Even after providing the flyover, as we have to continue providing the traffic lights at the intersection beneath the flyover so as to make a person approaching from any direction reach every other direction, the flyover is not replacing the traffic lights.UNLESS we have to find some other option so that no one will be interrupted and the best option is to construct a cloverleaf junction Over. Kigamboni is among of simple Fly over.
Cloverleaf Junction: -It is also a type of grade separator. It was first used in America. It requires a very large area of land. All conflicting streams of traffic are avoided, and so traffic can move at its own speed. This is more advantageous than a roundabout, as there is no necessity for weaving and slowing down of traffic.
Shortcomings:


    • Fly over does not mean it replace the use of Traffic light.
    • Flyovers are not as a rule suitable for built up areas as they require a large area and also it is costly. It is estimated that the cost of flyoverbridge is ten times or more than that of a roundabout
    • Loss in the case of accidents is increased. The risk of accidents is reduced but in case an accident occurs the loss may be more. As the vehicle is at a high elevation, during accidents there is more chance of losing life.

Uzuri ninacho wapendea watanzania wataponda daraja au chochote kile lakini linapokuja suala la ubishani na nchi jirani walewale walioponda daraja au chochote watakitetea hadi povu kuwatoka ...... Tanzania simply the best
 
aaaah kwa hiyo hapo zinapokutana barabara ya kuingia na kutoka baada ya miaka 10 hapatakuwa traffic jam sio, na kama itakuwepo mtafunga mataa kama ubungo sio. au mtabomoa mrekebishe, kwa hiyo pamejengwa kwa dharura gari zisishindwe kuingia bandarini kwa muda mrefu sio mkuu? kwa hiyo pangejengwa tofauti na hapo ingechukua muda mrefu na zoez la gari kushindwa kuingia barini

Nakushukuru sana uliekuja kutoa ufafanuzi ingawa umeongea kwa vijembe sana. Ninachofurahi ni pale pale niliposema pana tatizo ndio na wewe mwisho umedhihirisha niko sahihi....PANAHITAJI MAREKEBISHO.

Hii imedhihirisha sio lazima uwe mhandisi au na taaluma husika ili uone tatizo kama ambavyo huko juu ulijaribu kuonyesha. I rest my case.

Kwa nilivyosema mimi, sio ijengwe barabara ya moja kwa moja kutoka tazara, la hasha. Ingejengwa flyover inayochepukia kushoto na kuruka hio barabara bila kuathiri traffic flow kuelekea bandarini.....ila kama ulivyosema haikujengwa kwasababu ya nafasi.

Na ya kutokea darajani kwanini isingekuja kuunga kushoto mwa barabara ya bandarini na si kulia kama ilivyo sasa matokeo yake, kwa maelezo yako inabidi pawekwe taa za kuongoza magari. Lakini kama ulivyosema hapakuwa na nafasi.

Na si lazima uwe mhandisi au uliejenga ndio ukosoe hata watumiaji tukiona ugumu wa kutumia tunahoji ndio nyinyi wataalam mje mfafanue na sio kutoa vijembe.

Asante kwa maelezo, ila msiwe waoga sana kukosolewa. Sasa kama RRONDO hakuweka uzi wengine wangejuaje kuhusu haya uliyoongea?? MSIWE WAOGA WA KUKOSOLEWA.
Na kwa mantiki zaidi, mimi bado namuunga mkono RRONDO. Haijalishi ufinyu wa eneo, ilitakiwa wasomi hao waumize kichwa kwa kuona picha ya magari yanayoenda kigamboni toka uhasibu na pia yanayotoka Kigamboni kwenda Bandarini miaka 100 ijayo.
