Muturi is on his deathbed and knows the end is near. The nurse, his wife, his daughter and 2 sons, are with him. He asks for 2 witnesses to be present to record his last wishes, and when all is ready he begins to speak:

"My son, "Bogo, I want you to take the Kangemi and Skuta Apartments.

My daughter "Nyaruai, you take the Outspan Hotel, Kamakwa apartments and the mansion in Ring Road.

My son, Shege, I want you to take the offices in town, Golf Club and Green Hills.

Nyina Bogo, my dear wife, please take all the residential buildings in Ngangarithi, Skuta and King'ong'o."

The witnesses are blown away as they did not realize his extensive holdings, and as Muturi slips away, the nurse says,

"Mama Bogo, your husband must have been such a hard-working man to have accumulated all this property." She replies, "Property? Ni route za kuzungusha maziwa!"
