Nope. If the head of State (the Commander-in-Chief) was not present, it would have hardly be called a State funeral.

Pia ilikuwa wish yake no state funeral and she wanted to be creamated.Huu ni msiba wa pili kwa mfalme kuhudhuria ( Waziri mkuu) .Msiba wake ni sawa na Diana .mawaziri wengine wakifa hawafanyiwi yote hayo .

Nakumbuka ndugu wa Thatcher walisema kuwa aliomba afanyiwe funeral ya kawaida na akataka mwili wake uchomwe moto. Pia nafikiri alipata heshima sana maana malkia alihudhuria akiwa ni PM wa pili kwa malkia kufanya hivyo tangu 1965!! Kwa hiyo aliheshimika sana, tena sidhani kama hata alitaka afanyiwe ilivyokuwa. She wanted very low profile funeral ceremony, and her wish was even over granted.

As i noted above, All PMs is official stated that she/he will recieve Ceremonial Funeral.

No personal wishs or relatives grants.
