Africa’s Premier University Makerere, is set to reduce its undergraduate admissions as it seeks to increase postgraduate enrollment to at least 30%.
It will cut undergraduate graduate intake from 14,000 students to 12,000 students.

This is part of the University’s long term strategy to reposition as a research based institution.
This comes at a time when the University is set to have its 76th graduation ceremony taking place from February 24th to 27th
